The suggested schedule is 09:45 a.m.–01:00 p.m. and 02:00 p.m.–05:15 p.m., with final dates, participant strength, venue, programme fee, faculty arrangements and event responsibilities mutually agreed before commencement.

CITEP coordinates the curriculum, materials, experts, sessions and technical guidance. The participating institution or agency coordinates participants, venue, infrastructure, hospitality, local support and other agreed event arrangements.
